It wasnt the food that has turned me off to this place. It was our very rude waitress. We only seen her twice throughout our dining experience and each time was very snobby, when I needed a bit more water I actually had to ask a different waitress for more because she was busy talking to the front desk girl the entire time. I expected a bit more for the money as well. I ordered the spicy chicken without breading due to diet, and i got a small plate of chicken with no vegetables. At 17 dollars I would have expected a bit more than 8 pieces of chicken. And to top it off our bill came out to 56 dollars and I left an 8 dollar tip... she had the balls to come out the door and scream sir!! So when I came back in to see what what wrong she asked if that was all I was leaving!!! I was totally taken back and couldnt believe it.. if I was you I'd definitely pick somewhere else to dine. Overpriced and obnoxious staff

Even though the server was polite and the lady who took the order was accommodating, my order was over an hour late arriving then was incorrect. Then, sent order back and was still incorrect. Ending up eating a meal I didn't want out of frustration.

I like that they have food for dietary restrictions. My husband is allergic to seafood and they were able to accommodate him. However he stated the rice was very hard. I had the buddahs feast it was good.. the waitress packaged my left overs and all the sauce leaked out they need much better take out containers.

We ordered takeout during the pandemic and waited 3 hours after our scheduled pick up time we finally got our food. Their were 25 bags lined up on a table and our food was there with a ticket that said 15 minutes after our time to pickup. We ordered 4 hours before our pickup time and still waited 3 hours after our pickup time. It was total chaos they had know idea what they were doing. The police came 2 times and kicked everybody out. Probably not going back ever again.

Place was crowded but we were seated quickly and our food came out fast. Wasn't rushed by our server though. Great experience. Download the rewards application. Got a free appetizer with it. Get the lettuce wraps. They were great.

Im giving this place a one star ONLY BECAUSE THE HOST WAS NICE. However, I was here yesterday with someone else at around 7 at the Orland Park location, we were sat down with menus, the floor looked decently busy. An entire HOUR AND A HALF goes by and still no service what so ever. By this time I had seen 4 of the same servers either serve other tables or just look at mine and walk by. I don't know if the place was just short handed or something but no one even came for a drink order. So at 730 still without service I left.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This restaurant ruined my Mother's Day dinner. I pre-ordered dinner for my family for a 6pm pick up. To my horror there was lobby full of angry customers that had been waiting hours. I waited over 2 hrs for the food. I tried canceling several times the staff kept telling me the food would be up any minute. The customer service is horrible and if they can't handle online orders during this pandemic STAY CLOSED.

We had a horrible experience from the moment we sat down. Our server was inattentive and the new menu items we decided to try lacked flavor. The only good part of the experience were the drinks and fortune cookies.

The menu didn't reflect what's online. The waiter wasn't able to get the orders correctly. Forget people orders and food. Overpriced. I wasn't able to eat anything because they cook in lobster sauce and I'm allergic to all seafood. I had to get the drop egg soup.

The stars are for our excellent server and the miso salmon and wine which were the saving grace of our meal. The "spicy" Singapore chicken was dry and NOT spicy at all, more sour. The Mongolian beef was dry. The crab wontons were small and very bland. The vegetable spring rolls were crispy but bland. The Miso glazed salmon was AMAZING. The ladies bathroom was dirty with paper on the floor, the seat, over flowing trash.

I had a craving for PF Chang's lettuce wraps. I decided to place the order after leaving Ashley Furniture. I placed the order and the order person said that I would get 15% off of my order if I was to get there in 5 to 10 minutes or something like that... I got there almost exactly 10 minutes or less. I had to wait on my food. However, I did not have to wait long and the lettuce wraps were delicious!

The food and cocktails at PF Chang's are always right on. the orange peel shrimp are always a personal favorite. The weak points of this visit were our waiter and the cleanliness of the floors. We had a group there at 5 p.m. for an early dinner and the carpet under our table was crusted with food.

I adore this restaurant very much. It has a special spirit. The kitcen is wonderful. the service is powerful and the waiters are very professional. The price is satisfactory. I definitely recommend.

We had a very good experience with our server Barry. He was knowledgable of the menu and remembered our orders precisely without ever writing it down. The appetizers and main course were delish! I highly recommend making reservations just in case, no matter how small the party.

I meet friends in this restaurant from time to time! This is my favorite restaurant to pass a nice evening. I go to this spot frequently. The cooking is excellent, the team is friendly and the cost is fair. I enjoy going in this spot for a rich supper.

Food is great. Service is terrible. Ordered take out during the pandemic, Tracy forgot to put ALL the entrees in. Waited for an extra HOUR from expected pick up time. On top of that Tracy also hung up the phone when trying to place the order.The past few times I’ve dined in the restaurant also had terrible service. Edit: Supposedly Tracy is supposed to be moving up into management & has authority to do managerial things. THIS IS NOT OKAY SHE IS A TERRIBLE WORKER. This place has gone sooo down hill. I will NEVER be back here again. TO OWNERS: your restaurant is going to trash. (Coming from someone who has worked I the industry for 10 years).If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

Went to P.F Changs in Orland Park and the floor was Dirty and Filthy and here is pictures one with food on the floor and in between the seat and the back of the seat cushion. I talked to a manager named Jackie on the phone because when I was in restaurant the server Nick told me they are not responsible for clean in between the seat and the floor there is a night crew that cleans after they are closed. Barry the other waiter told that as well be careful they might have infestation of bugs in the seats

Had the Mongolian Beef it was very good. Beware if you have shellfish allergy that everything is cooked in the same oil so Cross Contamination can occur. I had to be very selective of what I could order. Service was good I think I prefer a Chinese place that's not a franchise but it was a good experience.

Every time I go back to P.F. Chang's it's like a new exciting experience all over again. With the ever growing menue and the past time favorite's the selection of food is amazing. The service is top notch and the drinks help the night slip away. Before you know it you are enjoying great food and good laughs and the night has just begun. P.S Don't forget to save room for desert!!

This was my first time visiting a PF Chang Restaurant and I was very pleasantly surprised. I thought it would be just another Asian fusion restaurant but it definitely was not. The service was wonderful, our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I wanted to try something new but didn't have the nerve, I ordered something I usually have and that is shrimp with lobster sauce. It didn't taste like any other dish I'd ever had. It was wonderful. The one thing you must try is the ginger beer. Be ready though, it is not for the slight at heart. There was more than enough food for us to share and still have leftovers. The atmosphere of the restaurant is engaging. Even though the layout is quite open the way the tables are arranged still gives you the opportunity to feel like you're in your own space. The washrooms were clean and the restaurant was tidy. A good choice, and I will be back!

Great place to take the family for a birthday celebration, Great food ( even though my order was mixed up from the kitchen and I really wanted salmon instead of chicken, it was good ) reasonably priced , and they have even added a few new low calorie dishes. Great wait staff makes for the best experience!

We ordered through Grub Hub at 4:27 PM for 6:00 PM delivery. The driver waited over an hour at the restaurant, had to correct the order, and didn't leave with our food until 7:00 PM. Our food finally arrived at 7:15 PM!!

ATTN...... ATTN...... P.f Changs corporate office decided to completely obliterate the menu for some weird reason. Long story short NO MORE ORANGE CHICKEN 💔 Would love to be in the profits meeting when they realize that was a mistake. Drinks are still good but..... (won't be coming back though). Atleast i have 20+ years of memories of their former glory 🤷🏾♂️
